Szymon Aleksander Lada was born in 1988. He has been practicing strength sports since he was a teenager and in the meantime he was also into sports like football, volleyball and sprint. Szymon started bodybuilding at the age of 18yo and he has been an international competitive athlete since 2008 winning numerous titles. In 2017 he gained the IFBB Pro Elite Card.
